Beach building Babylon.

Integrating entertainment attractions at the beach

Today's mixed use developments, even those in prime beachfront locations, require a fusion of program elements to create "destination density." Working with Land Communication Design of Tokyo, Kevin and Team co-created attractions and plans to integrate freestanding entertainment attractions into the retail environments of this hotel, office, residential complex on Busan's Haeundae Beach.

Services also included external facade studies that added an entertainment flair.
