Successful RD&E (retail, dining, & entertainment) destinations usually occur organically. Artificially creating them requires a detailed study of what makes them successful. Kevin and Team conducted a study to reveal the most important aspects of RD&E zones, and applied those concepts in the creation of a must-see destination for Asia.
